| (...) You mean the wooshy background on the photo of Eric Sophie's Zolquith? I Started with a solid background, then applied an add-noise filter (10%, monocrhome, gaussian) followed by a radial blur filter (10%, zoom). --Todd (21 years ago, 29-May-03, to lugnet.off-topic.test, FTX)
