(...) Ersatz privatization I would have to say... the government is giving an operating subsidy to the tune of 40M CDN a year it seemed like. That doesn't count as true privatization. I just went and checked a few sites: (URL) (this is the Bridge Authority site) The bridge was built in the mid 1950s at a cost of ~70-100M in mid 50s dollars. (...)
