This is the group designated for clone discussion, pro or con. It should stay polite, just as with any group, but that doesn’t mean people shouldn’t have the right to make negative statements about clones here. They should, however, be aware that they’re not likely to get much sympathy for their views here.

I haven’t heard any stories of LEGO loyalist beating up kids just because they bought MB sets. Nor have I hear anything about LEGO loyalists going to MB production facilities and burning them down. Nor have I heard a LEGO loyalist spray painting hate messages on a home or business for having MB. Nor have I heard of LEGO loyalists taking a pile of MB sets and putting them beneath a cross on fire. You get my point?

Well said! I haven’t heard anyone say that God made LEGO superior to (insert clone brand name here) either, which, in my experience, is at the root of racial prejudice more often than not. LEGO vs. clones is not much different than Coke vs. Pepsi, Chevy vs. Ford, or Star Wars vs. Star Trek. Many people have strong loyalty to one or the other, many others don’t care for either, and still others like them both to some degree and would be happy with either. Hating someone because they drink Coke is a bit silly, don’t you think?
