I didn't get any email from you. But I have to admit, I'm not that interested
in a dialogue about this situation, and if I were to get one, I'd likely delete
it without reading it.

You're right, I apologise for that. It was a case of my finger hitting the
send button without my brain being fully engaged.
Which, in effect, is what that whole post from me was. I can't see any real
value in discussing the matter with you- we obviously have two different views
on the matter and while you're entitled to yours and I'm entitled to mine, I
don't think we're going to change each other's minds.
I do believe very firmly that if you can find a way to seperate a fool from his
money legally and without misrepresenting anything, you're more than free to do
so. I also happen to believe, though, that selling this kind of information-
especially at $10 a pop- is a rather lowlife thing to do. I would like to
think that having that information, you'd be willing to share it freely and let
everyone get in on the good deal, instead of profiteering from it.
I think what I find most distressing about this, though, is the idea that you
find it necessary to come here and defend yourself over it, when (in my
opinion) it is such a questionable activity. Yes, fine, you're within your
rights to do it, and we are within our rights to think less of you because you
do it. And I don't think there's a whole lot to discuss about it.

If this was directed at me, I think you're clearly mistaking me for someone
else. I haven't said a word about whether this is legal, or even within eBay's
TOS, much less actually contact you or eBay about it. I frankly don't care
either way- it doesn't make it any more right in my opinion. Just because
something *can* be done, doesn't mean you *should* do it.
I don't mean to do a hit and run, but I have to say that I regret my first post
in this thread, because I can already see that discussing this with you isn't
going to accomplish anything for me or you, and therefore have no intention of
participating in any further discussion about this with you.
Thanks,
eric
