Yep, I'd echo that. We placed a large order on the 29th and it only arrived today, whereas some smaller orders we placed after that were delivered a few days ago... For the record, we had a dispatch note dated on the 5th, so it took 5 days to (...) (23 years ago, 10-Jan-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)
