You are right, the difference is NTSC (US) and PAL (Europe) systems. But
already all the TVs and VCRs made today has multi system capability?..At
least here it is, maybe since satellite broadcasts are also popular.

| (...) Here (U.S.), you can get TV's and VCR's with multiple capabilities like NTSC, PAL, SECAM, etc. But those are special products that cost extra. Most sets just have the standard NTSC. -- Terry K -- (26 years ago, 11-Jun-99, to lugnet.general)
