I'm fortunate enough to have two toy consignment shops where I live. They
both yield fantastic deals now and then, but I really get annoyed when I
find non-Lego stuff like pennies, misc. action figure props, pet hair, pen
caps, and other crud. It's disappointing because it says to me that the kid
just lumped all this crap together instead of keeping his Lego in a special
container.
However, the one thing that's most annoying (and saddening at the same time
and I'm surprised nobody's mentioned it yet) is when I find a really cool
piece like an old Castle shield or helmet or some other such cool part only
to find out upon closer inspection that it's broken. WAAA! Darn kids.
