I guess I am a lot less particular about the condition of my Lego. I
would never notice the difference between a brick dropped from a table
onto a hardwood floor or one fresh out of the polybag.
But some pet peeves:
1) DUST!!! Actually, I am less concerened about this than I used to be,
but I don't like my Lego to get dusty (a small paintbrush helps me clear
dust off models that are currently built).
2) Cost...I would buy a lot more Lego if it were cheaper. Lately, I see
sets that are neat but can't justify spending the dough on them :(
3) Getting a mixed lot of pieces and having to sort out the Playmobil,
Mega-Blocs, Tyco, etc. and then having to wash and dry everything before
finally getting around to sorting it.
4) Sorting it! (Although this is ok if it just wouldn't take so much
time away from building/playing with Lego)
5) Hearing the word "legos." I just don't like the sound of it...but I
would not bring it my dislike of the word if someone said it to me (and
they do all the time)
But really, none of these things bother me all that much or even all the
time. I enjoy the hobby.
