Cassandra stands in front of the crystal ball seated on an altar inside the
Shrine of the Ancients. Vincent Gage and Jim Seifer are also standing on
the altar, their gaze fixed on the swirling colors of the crystal.
Cassandra begins to chant softly, and slowly lays both her hands on the
crystal ball. An image containing many different words and symols starts to
appear, creating a soft glow all around the altar. Cassandra then begins to
touch different parts of the sphere and the image changes according to what
parts she touches.

"Look here!" she says. "There's a new message from Gregor regarding the
fabled Isle of Mists!"
"Ah yes, a strange, old man named Draven at The Gathering spoke of it, but
he didn't indulge in details, perhaps Gregor will have some further
information," said Vincent.
*They read the message.*
"Well Cassandra, reply to this message at once, letting everyone know that
we're coming. I'll give you more information as you're inserting it into
the CBN."

Subject: Response to Gregor's announcement regarding the Isle of Mists.
Greetings fellow majick users! I am Cassandra the Paladin (known to most of
you as The Lone Falcon), harkening from the Realm of Valkayria, and I speak
for the whole of the Black Dragon Alliance. Vincent Gage wishes to partake
in this new endeavor to journey to the fabled Isle of Mists. Preparation
for the journey will take place over the next two weeks, and we will then
depart from Valkayria.
Our party will most likely arrive first on the Isle, considering we are
travelling by air. And Vincent requests that the entire southern coast be
claimed in the name of the Black Dragons, and that anyone wishing to settle
there must pay for their land in gold. If anyone settles on the land owned
by the Black Dragons without Vincent Gage's consent, swift punishment will
be administered to the offenders.
The mist will hopefully be further diminished and we can extend our new
kingdom further inland. If anyone wishing to travel to the Isle of Mists
has any complaints, please follow-up to this message and direct your
comment(s) to Cassandra.
I, personally, would like to wish all of you a safe and swift journey to the
Isle of Mists and I hope we can all work together to live in relative peace.

Hey guys, this is working out pretty cool! I'm already starting to work on
my story about Vincent's journey. Yes, if you were wondering, that is
Cassandra in the pic. She has become a full paladin/white wizard and has
all the attributes and abilities of one.
I haven't quite decided where this fits into my storyline, but it definitely
in the future (of my Realm of Valkayria stories), perhaps way in the future.
So this still gives me time to think about how to work everything in together.
To everyone who wrote and worked on The Gathering story, Great Job! I
really enjoyed reading it and seeing the interaction between all the
different characters. All the little filler scenes that you guys created
were really cool too, it helped to hold the whole story together. I really
can't wait until this Isle of Mists project gets into full swing!
We need more people to get involved in this, so if you have access to the
CBN and you have a character, post a reply (as your character). I'm really
interested to see what everyone else has to say about this whole ordeal.
