  MLCad and the LDraw package

Hi, Michael, I have a question. Why is it that MLCad requires the LDraw/LEdit package to be installed in order to run? I'm curious, because I have made a K'nex parts library available on my website and it would be nice if someone who wasn't into (...) (23 years ago, 6-Oct-01, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  Missing wheels?

I'm looking for the like in 8218, the small technic wheels, but they don't seem to exist in MLCAD. Not in Lugnet part ref either for that matter... It's 2994 on this page: (URL) it simply not exist, or have I just been looking in the wrong places? (...) (23 years ago, 4-Oct-01, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

I've found the bug already - it's realy a small thing. But since I didn't find many people using this commands I didn't have enough files available for testing. That's wy it wasn't tested so good. LDLite ver 2.2 and above has a working -R option to regenerate the file in standard LDRAW syntax. "ldlite -Rfoo.dat m_faust.dat" would do the conversion. There are other programs. Hey, that's cool! My brother, not a Lego User, gave me the great idea that you can build a model using steps and (probably) ghosting to make a Lego movie appear on the screen. I gotta try that... Nice job, Michael, --Ryan (23 years ago, 17-Sep-01, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.mlcad)
