Michael -
Great program. I love it, and I have it on my PC at work now.

I found this too. It's a little bit unexpected, particularly if someone
else here needs my PC.

That would be great.

Good idea - each model would then take a bit longer, especially if you do
have a whole series of models.

Great idea. Let the finished model turn round a few times before it disappears.
At the moment it scales the model to fit the screen, and this scale actually
changes as the model rotates so it zooms in and out. It would look better
if it stuck to one scale.
Also, I think a size control would be a good idea, so you could have a small
model bouncing around the screen. Drawing a large model for each frame can
be very slow, compared to the small model in the screen saver control panel
- I presume it's the z-buffering that slows it all down.
I've noticed some other problems, with both MLSAVE and the latest version of
MLCAD. If you use a custom colour (which I have, for sand-red), MLCAD
renders all the studs in solid black, and MLSAVE renders every piece in black.
Anyway, thanks for all your great work.

| (...) Correction: When you press "Preview" on the Windows screensaver control panel, moving the mouse doesn't stop the screensaver. But, when the screensaver comes up on its own later, moving the mouse does cancel it. Jason J Railton (23 years ago, 1-Oct-01, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.mlcad)
