SSI is how its set up now.  I can rearrange this per some suggestions of Steve's
to make managing the Tutorials section (and any other section we are likely to
have a lot of outside submissions for) easier.

Giving each tutorial its own directory fits in well here, I think.
Mostly for the reasons Sproat gives, but also for easy SSI-ness.
