A few recommendation when using CAD -> convert program(ex:stl2dat) to modelise parts: - The tesselation paramater should be set so that a regular cylinder is output with 16 facets. Another impressive part, Marc. It looks like it needs little edgelines added where the "fins" slope down and meet the outer surface. The two fins that protrude into the outer surface have the lines, but the others don't. Great job! Does stl2dat (...) (25 years ago, 7-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Because of a few "problems" with the casting of shadows from floating stickers (floating, because if they are flat on the brick they are not seen in tools like ldraw or mlcad, they need to float about 0.2 (...) I have taken the opportunity to split out the non-decorated surface into a subpart in line with current practice for decorated parts. It is like the Minifig Tool Hose Nozzle but different. Its dimensions are the same as a 1x1 round brick. But it is skinny in the middle of it (minifig hand diameter) and it has a horizontal protrusion on it which also has the diameter of a minifig (...) In your example, you would put the cursor on the first type-2 line in the first edge, set the mark (C-SPC) move down to the first type-2 line in the second curve and hit C-c C-f. Voila. The (...) I just threw this together, and while doing it I came up with a quite easy way to create discs with holes, and cones. Consider two edge.dat's same orientation, same position but with different diameters. If one where to fill out the space between (...) To me, the axle sticking out from the centre of the foot appears to have a little bit too thin cross sections. This observation is only based on viewing the part in L3Lab, so it may be wrong. Wow! What a part! Great work! If there is one thing I can nitpick about, it would be the lower "partial" axle hole.
