Hi,
I restarted my work on the stickers. Because of a few "problems" with the
casting of shadows from floating stickers (floating, because if they are
flat on the brick they are not seen in tools like ldraw or mlcad, they need
to float about 0.2 above the part to be seen correctly). I now made them
"bricks" with a thickness of 0.4 units I think they look ok that way. The
colors of the pattern are fixed, that for the basecolor is used, to color
the "body" of the sticker. So it is possible to color the sticker body the
same as the part the sticker ist used on. Please give it a try and me a
short report. When this way is ok to you all, then I will convert my older
stickers to this "format"...
One other thing. The edge-lines I used light-yellow for. All ok in ML-CAD,
but L3P does not seem to know that color.
1. Why does l3p recognize it at all? I thought POV-RAY does no lines, so l3p
would not have to convert them...
2. What color would be appropriat for the lines?
