Cool. Thanks. I guess it didn't look right to me in MLCAD (too round compared to Austin's pics), but then I realized that L3P probably substituted some primitives and sure enough that's the right one once it's run through L3PAO and POV. I found how to ad custom icons to any dir here is how to: open notepad.exe and paste this [.ShellClassInfo] IconFile=c:\lego\any...eordllfile IconIndex=0 and save it as desktop.ini in the dir that you want to change the icon then set the properties (...) (23 years ago, 27-Aug-01, to lugnet.cad)

The Technic axle extender (6538.dat) may have an error. If you view an axle extender from an end and rotate it so that an inserted cross-axle would look like a "plus" (+) sign, the physical part will have detents around the circumference at 0, 90, (...) Does anyone know if there exists a utility to sort parts in a model file by their "cut plane" location? I know I can sort by X Y or Z values but what I am actually interested in is sorting using a cut plane that is perpendicular to the eye vector in (...) Saluton! Is this model-from-picture-generator supposed to be working? I have a ~50x50 BMP of which the Win 98 Paint thingie tells me that it's in 24 bit, as the MLCad docs say would be needed. The name of part 2637 "Technic Link 16L" is a bit problematic, because it interferes with the 3711 "Technic Link Chain" and 3873 "Technic Link Tread".
