Ok guys I really dont know what all this means, as a new computer user!! let
alone new Lugnetter, newsgroup reader etc etc....I was hoping you could help
ME????? (I really do want to know)
I am running windows NT on a pentium 111, have got netscape communicator, and
Internet explorer, but am only using explorer, I don't even know what a
newsreader is!
I recieve all my lugnet subscriptions via emails, and it is clumsy and labour
intensive, explorer also freezes on a regular basis. At the moment, I am
getting this annoying lag, thing happening when I scroll through my messages
or click from one window to another, it goes from window to window in a
fragmented kind of way. Even when I'm typing at the moment, the curser is
hesitating and slow to catch up.
Could someone please explain to me (as if you were talking to a ten year old)
what I should be running, how do I get the news reader thing happening, that
you are all talking about - cause I really DO need someones help.
I think I saw mentioned here somewhere, about not having explorer and
communicator on the same machine? Could that be my problem if so which one do
I trash? And why?
Please would someone be kind enough to give advice?

inadequacies)
