After posting my negative thoughts, I ran out to TRU (among others) and hit the JACKPOT!! Sort of. I saw all of the new (not July or May) sets. The only ones missing were the B-Wing and Slave 1. (...) It is 1/10 of a second for the timers. However, in case you don't know. The RCX's Motor ports PULSE their signal. They always put out the same voltage. For PC to RCX communication, I've made a program called the Real-Time Interface. Lets you basically control your Mindstorm unit in a few ways including via Joystick.
