Short description of Theme:
Three possible sets for Theme with descriptions:
1) A Bank, with a drive thru ATM and a safe in the back for safety deposit
boxes and storage of money and the city's treasure. Also your standard bank
services (walk up tellers, a small office for meetings).
2) A Stock Exchange (with the Nasdaq style facade)
3) A Court House
