As others have said, we need places for minifigs to live, but at lower price
points than the gorgeous greengrocer/market st/etc. My suggestion will be
America-centric but could be obviously modified to be Worldwide
Name of Theme: City Homes
Short description of Theme: Iconic building styles of houses
Three possible sets for Theme with descriptions:
1) San Francisco Victorian
Heres one of my versions
2) New York Brownstone
Dave Sterlings from
Brickshelf
3) Tudor-style house
a nice one on
Brickshelf
and you could of course have things like
-Japanese style home Patrick Yrizarrys version
-Modern house like this
one
A search for house on Brickshelf or MOCPages will proved plenty of
possibilities. In the 1980s there were quite a few nice house sets, and I think
these would also be attractive to girls.
