They might seem unknown and unseen, but they are actually a bit more common
than you think. The SWEB (south western electricity board) can regularly be
seen driving 2 Unimogs in North Devon, and my brothers company uses one for
tree surgery in the Home Counties.
To keep this on .technic topic, a more recent example can be found as an
alternative model to 8446 (that green, er ultimate crane truck I think they
call it). I might have to build the 8846 from brickshelf instructions and
compare the two.
