I think what you are seeing there is red reflections in the visor. Those
aren't facial features, I think. It may be black with a trans-red coating, in
which case it would look black but occasionally reflect red. I've seen some
motorcycle helmets finished like that (the helmets... not the visors- I don't
know how one would see out of a black visor ;) )
