Hmmm... I thought every single reference to Lugnet has a superscript
"TM" after it.

I used the ampersand encoded version (ampersand pound 1 5 3 semicolon or
"™" in my original copy. Are you SURE? All of them look right to me
but I may be missing one... give me some context so I can try to spot
it. (not that I can fix it... but maybe next time)
