The first bidder retracted after thanking me. He hadn't read all the way
through (until I suggested that he do so and told him I would not hold
him to his bid) and thought he was getting the whole set.
The second bidder hasn't responded to my email yet. Perhaps someone
could outbid him? This lot will make a great souvenir or show and tell
item at Legofests...
And if someone else is inspired to do a similar thing with some of the
other LEGO items that go by on eBay that we know are ridiculous, that's
great. I know I'd be flattered as would the people who actually thought
the idea up. I stand on the shoulders of giants, what can I say?
