OTOH, a pink cartoon-covered laptop does have that way of saying on
the plane "I'm a dangerous lunatic terrorist, and no, I _don't_ want
to talk with you about your grandchildren".
I'd want one covered in Lego baseplates. Green ones. Maybe grey, to
match the other parts of the laptop.
