It's barely possible to make a Mini-Sumo with LEGO. That means using just 2 motors, 1 RCX, and a couple wedge pieces. 2lbs is a really good weight for a robot like this. It could have 1 RCX, up to 4 normal motors, and enough pieces to do something interesting, but no extra battery boxes.

(...) I think that's actually about 1100 lbs, not 1.1 lbs. But I could be wrong. That would be a pretty impresive mini sumo bot though, I gotta say.
