Good hearing from you.  I owe you a hug--coming up for this competition?

No.  For some reason, it just never captured my interest.  Here's what I expect:

Your two-part robot will do the best.  It will have a big advantage for
receiving blocks, because few people have done testing where the receiving robot
is moving.  Hopefully, your moving bot is fast, and won't get stuck on stray
blocks on the floor.

Calum's stationary box will do well, if he can give out just a few (one or two)
blocks.

Chris' robot will spend the whole day running around the play field with it's
tool sticking out, looking for a place to deposit it's goods.  After ejecting
most of it's load on the floor (and never hitting it's target), the robot will
be spent, and will get stuck in a corner.  If the robot can score one point
during the day, Chris will leave with a satisfied look on his face.

Of the other robots that show up, just a couple points will be scored.  By the
last round, half the robots will disconnect their motors, hoping another robot
will find them, and back onto their tool.  This proves to be one of the most
effective strategies.

Like all rtl posts, please read this with the humor it was written with.

I hope all goes well, and everyone has fun.  I look forward to hearing how it
went  :)

Steve
