I'm the overall coordinator yes, but individual themes have individual
coordinators and I try very hard not to jiggle their elbows any more than
necessary, so this would be a question for the train-town coordinator.
JT is the train-town coordinator. (and posting here about BrickFest is not a
sure fire way to make sure I see it, believe it or not). You should contact him
to see if there's a group that might have some extra space to take them onboard
their display (fill out a MOC card for starters, of ccourse)
That said I hope you do bring them, I imagine they can be worked in somewhere
somehow.

There's no official rtlToronto display at BrickFest, but there will be one probably at the Hobby Show if Allan decides to run it :) For that, I'm sure we could use a few town buildings, if the scale fits.
