Sure.  OK, covert to meters, divide by time, carry the 1, ....
but wouldn't that mean that the 'bot would have to travel
at about Mach 1 up the rope?
In that case, it would cause a sonic boom, and shatter all the
windows, and we would never be invited to the Oakwood library again!
