We've been discussinng this for quite a while, so I'm going to endeavour to organize something. The fact is that LEGO Train layouts go over extremely well at train shows. We keep getting invites to various venues to display our LEGO train layouts. (...) OK. I vented and felt much better for having gotten that off my chest. After venting, I went back and completed those 3 problem levels in under 15 minutes. No, its not, just a quick build... although I did toy with the idea of a bit of motion... at least for the bots, or the doors, which do manually slide open, as well as making the screen layout modular... so it could be reconfigured for (...) the furniture came first, the v-pod encouraged by fellow lug member, jude beaudin. i argued that vignettes should have minifigs (yuck!) and he argued not. so my first intro to the v-pod. as you may have seen in previous posts, parlugment, ottawa's lug, participated in railfair on october 15-16. as part of the group, my contribution to the layout was mostly restricted to a beach area opposite the port. it's all right, i didn't mind (...)
