Jason, eerr I mean, Junkbot... how do I love thee....

Here is the back story (in a nut shell)

One pathetic lonely evening last week, after Jason honoured me with his presence online for five whole minutes... with an uncontrollable urge and “stalker like” obsession I set out on a emotional journey of making a MOC just for him..... something I felt he would really appreciate. I spent at least 3 arduous back breaking tedious hours of my life, lovingly crafting “my ode to Jas” and all I was looking for in return was 2 seconds of his time, and maybe (if I was lucky) just a slight bit of appreciation. See, Jason is one of my favourite builders... after all, ALL his MOCs are totally POLISHED... in fact, nothing short of perfection... (live up to that legacy dude)

So anyhow, Jason of course, has this great large scaled version of JUNKBOT... http://www.truedimensions.com/lego/customs/5923/index.htm

After mocking him that night for not building anything new for display (I quickly realised I didn’t have anything new either... so to rectify that issue, I set down to build the JUNKBOT screen shot re: http://www.lego.com/eng/create/activities/junkbot/

I spent all that effort creating my “ode to Jas love” and I get nothing in return!!! Gratitude is so under appreciated these days.

Regardless of the heart breaking rejection... It needs to be said... (cause I know you didnt think I would really do it...) but Jason, I love you in a million ways... here of course are the top ten...

10. You inspire me.... because no matter how long I build, no matter how long I work on a moc, no matter how much I pour my pour pathetic soul into it, it will never be good enough for you. Now while most ppl would think that is just mean, for me it makes me strive to build better, and maybe, just maybe one day I will come close to your building skill. You humble me, in your studless goodness.... over and over and over! You take any theme, steal my ideas, and then make a MOC that puts mine to shame. Oh... ummm .... Did I mention that this LOVE was a love/hate thing???

9. Designated driver... need I say more??? (Okay maybe I do... any man that doesn’t come between a girl and her rye has to be worth his weight in gold.)

8. Your boyish charms and quirky annoying expressions.... oh so endearing. Boo-yeah!!! Meh... Whatever!

7. You made ME blush, (and ~THAT~ is rare.)

6. You are 6. Well... more like 666, but there is pride in everything, right???

5. You willing and with the most loving encouragement supported me in flaunting my amazing ebay score of 2 beautiful transparent 48 by 48 baseplates, never once trying to mock me for my gleeful joy I was basking in.

4. There is no four. (Well there is, but this is a public forum, with standards.)

3. The trail... (it’s beyond words. Really!)

2. You agreed to be my building slave, so I can post ~YOUR~ MOCs as my own, and finally post something worth the bandwidth.

and of course... number...

1. Cute Canuck,.... now sporting “The beard” (Ahh...SWOON!!!!!!)

Really take it easy on us girls, we just cant take much more Jason love.

Janey “Red, (but willing to change my colour loyalty for Jason), Brick”

P.S. If anyone takes this post seriously, they might be more of a FREAK than Jason is, and you know, I think you would be HARD pressed to find one. Of course, in the immortal words of Dave, I based my FREAK judgement on my own metre stick, and Jason, if I’m calling you a FREAK, you are off the scale, wink. Love you but you so deserved this.

P.S.S. This has to be the most bizarre moc.announcement I have ever made.

lol, I can't believe you actually did post this. Oh wait, yes I can. I'm disappointed you only posted it to ParLUGment! Surely such a display of unbridled obsession should be shouted from the rooftop of every newsgroup on the planet. :) I think all (...) (18 years ago, 9-May-06, to lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, FTX)

(...) JANEY! Why did you have to post that link? I had seen Jason's Junkbot before but had no clue it was inspired by a very addictive game that I have just spent the last two days trying to complete! I just finished in 467 moves with GOLD in all (...) (18 years ago, 10-May-06, to lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, FTX)
