I'm not unaware that you're calling down "the law". In fact, I'm pretty sure it
already happened. I just don't have any respect for that ideology. You can call
whatever you like "artificial" and get listeners. If you still think "profit" is
not a wholesome concept, you'd better be prepared to carry it to its logical
conclusion.
How about companies that import T-shirts and sell them at 500% markup just
because the label or graphic is trendy. Can you say "Concert Souvenir"?
And then there's BOTTLED WATER, sheesh. Talk about yer "artificially inflated."
Everybody is conspiring to charge a dollar a quart! Even soda is cheaper!
And what about soda? They've been making huge fat profits in Coca-Cola for 75
years, without a price break in sight, they've gone worldwide! Pepsi charges the
same price too! It's collusion! They even go to court to keep each other out of
the fridges the drinks go in! Artificially inflated, I say!
