Add not-so-industrialized nations to these..:-) At least for high
schools. One of my friends from high school went to US via an
international student exchange program for a period of one year in a US
high school. I remembered that he was not so good in math, but earned
his bread by giving math lessons to the students during the whole
year..:-)
