That cant be applicable, the institutions whose legitimacy for trial was
recognized have been overpassed. Trial would therefore be a farce without an
impartial judge.

BTW: How hypocritical will it be if (as has been suggested) Rumsfeld
publishes pictures of their bodies?

No longer if.
IMO its just a question of taste (or sensibility, if you like). Violent death
has become something that is brought to us daily at dinnertime, why should these
two corpses be any different?
On a side reflexion, I wonder if the same power-that-be who allowed for the
images to be release chose to ommit the other two corpses: the bodyguard wasnt
famous (not even in death), and dead teenagers look bad on TV. Go figure what
strange sensibilities move the human psique...
