Yes - repost it, without any "opinion" in it - simply list the box, and in the description, note: This is ONLY THE EMPTY BOX from the 3438, which was purchased AT THE NORMAL $11.99 USD FROM LEGO SHOP AT HOME, WHERE IT IS STILL AVAILABLE FOR THAT (...) This really grates. I can understand people buying up a scarce resource, and offering it for resale at a higher price. That's supply and demand. But trying to scalp an easily-available item by hiding the source is information-hoarding. Blech. If the (...) (25 years ago, 4-Oct-99, to lugnet.market.theory)

Another thing someone could do, but I'm not as upset about this as others so the someone is not me, is to actually sell the set in a Dutch auction... (many sets with a reserved price that matches the list price) and in the description of the set for (...) (25 years ago, 4-Oct-99, to lugnet.market.theory)
