You can order up to 20 at a time. I did. The cost is then $40 for the 400 piece buckets, and $20 for shipping. If I did my math right, that's $0.0075 a piece. I looked and looked for an online coupon greater than $5 off $30 and couldn't find one. I used the coupon code C4539 to get $5 off. As of 7:16AM Wednesday morning, they seem to be back in stock. Etoys does this a lot. They blow out something at a really low price and out-of-stock then re-stock it continuously until they stock out for good. This happened on and off to one of (...) I have a question about the shipping: Am I correct that EACH individual item has a seperate shipping cost? The bucket is a Medium Thing and adds 2.50 per bucket? They work just fine when stores ship my items to me. When shipping out my brickbay packages, I find they aren't as reusable as the other forms of packaging. If they sit around too long they get flat. The nice thing about the buckets ONCE YOU HAVE THEM, is that you can compact 2.5 buckets into one, so those 40 will end up being 16 buckets. Can't say I don't agree, but "available funds" have been tied up in Shell sets and moving expenses. The decision was not really based on shipping cost, but rather what my wife would say if 20+ boxes showed up with LEGO in them. I'd die a painful (...)
