Ah yes... the "Lego goes on sale but I'm moving" dilema. Sadly I have
learned from experience that you were correct. My wife and I moved a few
months ago after the birth of our son. Sure enough... one month before our
moving date Zellers had a 50% off clearance items sale and included some of
their older Lego. Well a couple of thousand dollars later I had...
a) a lot of new Lego
b) a lot of new Lego which now had to be moved
c) a wife who refused to help move a lot of new Lego :-)
Now that I have moved I am not allowed to unpack this new Lego until I have
finished unpacking all the boxes containing dishes and other things :-(
Sigh... the pain we go through for the joy of Lego.
