Things are looking up. I got on line (chat) with a CSR. my missing
referrals were fixed and I subsequently have gotten I think 3 more, no
hitch, as well as a number of incoming and outgoing payments that worked
fine. I lost the little slip that has my pin # on it so I haven't tried
the ATM/check card yet, though.
Now, X needs a way to download into Quicken and I will be 100% happy.
Sorry you had trouble. The secret to chatting with them is to multitask,
put their chat request window small and visible and just go do something
else for the 20 min it takes for them to show up. (IF you have unlimited
access dialup, that is.. if you're paying by the minute you have other
issues, though...)
