Ok, I confess, I'm a dangerous idealist.
But for a company which sells things, two of its most valuable assets
are its inventory and its customers' goodwill. WB don't seem to be good
at managing either.
Again, I have no axe to grind here, just annoyed at all the 'I have been
let down' posts.
