I use CD-R and CD-RW quite often to take instructions home... (that way my
employer pays for the download).  I'm always left think that one cannot beat
the real thing, or printed scans for that matter. I suppose separate CD's of
each LEGO genre or year would be a good thing to have...

Has anyone thought of, attempted or suceeded in putting scanned instructions onto a CD ROM? I would be very interested if someone has done it? also whether its reasonably easy and of reasonable cost. I am very interested in gathering together a (...) (25 years ago, 17-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
