So how come the photo is the same one as mine in

He obviously ignored my copyright notice
Is this a genuine sale?
Does he actually have the goods?
Is this a potential fraud?
Anyone else had experience of this?
Or this seller?

| Well, I understand this happening. I have done it to other people's pictures and they have done it to mine. I never considered it a major problem, but I have only once had an email from somebody. | Even if he did copy this picture off your website, you have no copyrights to it anyway, because you scanned in a copyrighted photo from a Lego brochure. As far as copyrights, it only covers original work you've done, not pictures or brochures (...) (25 years ago, 2-Apr-00, to lugnet.market.auction)
