LA Area Robot-Arena competition may Not happen...

I had originally posted (about 1 month ago) that I would be willing to set up an informal Robot-Arena style competition in the LA Area for March 17th 1999. Haven't gotten much responses/entries....Actually, got only one response from someone who (...)   Star Wars in the Bay Area

I don't know if everyone has already been able to find the SW sets around here yet, but I thought I'd mention that I was at the Serramonte Target the other day, and while they didn't have the sets, they did have the aisle tags up for all 4 of the (...)   Followup: BayLUG.org is on-line

Since the naming thread didn't get copied to the San Jose list, I wanted to post a followup message. The name BayLUG.org was chosen, and the website was launched 3/2/99.   LegoLand Driver's license

If anyone is going to LegoLand sometime soon, and would be willing to snag an extra blank driver's license, I'd be ever so grateful.   Carlsbad still crowded?

Now that the Grand Opening is over and things are settling down, I would like to take my family to Legoland in Carlsbad.
