That would be vegemite you're smelling -- it's almost as delightful as root-
fungus.

I've grabbed the instructions -- and I'm delighted to note there _is_ a
superpower supplement...

I *need* to see this vaunted BrikWars rule set--it sounds
fascinating!  Yet another reason I'm upset not to be in Oz,
as if the monsoons we're having here in the NYC Metro Area
aren't reason enough--I'm greenly envious reading of all
  this planning!  :(

All the 2000 rules, including the supplements, are at:
http://www.teleport.com/~rayhawks/brikwars.htm

I'm sure there'll be many pictures of our actual layout, when it actually
happens in a month or so.

I've got a 1/64 model of the Monkey Magic Magic Mountain of Monkeys, and (I
think) enough bricks. Just gotta get me some simians...

  Monkey Magic *what*?

It's a fairly large (64x80 base) MOC I've been planning. Did Monkey Magic ever
appear on cable in America? The MMMMOM is his castle.

Here comes Neighbourly Gesture Part II (read: selfishness):  I
need unprinted large dkgrey slope panels, and I have plenty
of printed ones I'd be happy to trade for them (even all the
way to Australia from here in the YooEss!).  I'd rather not
have to Brasso mine off if I can avoid it, especially when
other worthy people need more stone ones.  Same deal with the
revolving door panels.  I have little use for Ninja-decorated
elements, and unlike with UFO panels, I just feel smarmy buffing
  them blank.

Thanks for the offer -- personally I like the unprinted pieces too. I was
complaining more from an obsessive-about-symmetry-and prettiness kid's
perspective. There's no way you could tell that one of the rotating walls was
blank from the instructions even, and you could only see the blank wall in the
smallest picture of an alternative model on the back of the box (ie where
about 2% of the purchasing public might see it).

Dave (who's more interested in building than whinging, but this really got my
goat for some reason)
