I have to say that I personally think this is a cool set! and the price is
good too! I have mentioned that earlier! but yes this is for kids or
collectors! Way cheaper than the American version which isn't that much
different except more wording on the package and a few pics were changed
around! But hey! we don't get that much as far as promotional sets etc go..
well maybe, maybe not, so enjoy! it's only $24.95 Aussie dollars not $20+
US! It's different and I personally think it's cute!  Don't forget Lego is
more or less aimed at kids! :)

Pause says 234 elements, so that's about 11 Aussie cents per part which is
pretty good! What sort of elements do you get in the set?

Pretty basic stuff, I'm going by the picture on the front: basic bricks and
plates, slopes (including about 9 clear 2*2), inverted slopes, bricks with
faces (including an animal face and a santa face), a couple of shaped plates
and bricks, cylinders, small wheels, an exhaust, a small propeller, 2(?) 2*1
bricks with technic hole, and half a coupling.  All in all makes 24 small
animals, people and vehicles or one large plane/spaceship.  Would probably
appeal more to small children than AFOLs!

Sorry for the vague descriptions, it's late and it's been a long day! :)

(...) And we're all basically big kids, aren't we?! I agree, it's a very cute set. It's very hard not to open it :) (I'm saving mine for next year as it arrived home on the 12th which is a bit late to start an advent calendar, it wouldn't be half (...) (24 years ago, 18-Dec-00, to lugnet.loc.au)
