Why isnt LUGNET mentioned in it?

Presumedly because TLC has no control over LUGNET content. Of course, Bricklink
was still mentioned...

LEGOFAN.org is just a parked domain...? And since LEGOFAN.org contains the
LEGO trademark, how does that work?
|
Dan from Peeron has the .com and .net domains (neither of which go anywhere),
but TLC owns LEGOfan.org. They apparently picked it up in April 2003, and the
other two went in August (it seems odd that they would have grabbed .org and
left the other two available). Anyways, since TLC owns the trademark, they can
call Allyourlegoarebelongtous.com if they want.
