It currently assumes that numbers are localized; that is, it expects an angle to be expressed as angle="22.5" if the part description is in American English, but (...) Yeah, I know, it's been a while since I've done this ("(URL) Section Totals 40 certified files. 155 files need admin review. 474 files need more votes. 520 have uncertified subfiles. 156 held files.
