I was inspired by all the other turbocycles being posted, so I went ahead and built one. It's yellow-fast, about 18 studs long, 5 studs wide, and 6 bricks high. Technically Centurion helmets had plumes which were perpendicular to the helmet...or 90 degrees from the one you (...) My turbocycle roster is filling out nicely. Here are two more, the Helios and the Aggravator. It's really a shame that I didn't think to do this two weeks ago, as the Aggravator would've looked great in the Blacktron Contest. Oh well, maybe next (...) Sun, The EVA is fannnntastic! Really, really nice. The scale is perfect, the execution deceptively simple. It has just the right amount of shaping and articulation to make it 'realistic' (in the sense that it evokes the original design) and fun to (...) (23 years ago, 10-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Thanks! The red parts are 2x2x2 slopes (minifig dresses). You have to drop them down one plate lower than the tie-fighter piece which will produce a slight gap along the angle but it's ignoble. I truly love your new turbocycles, Adrian! I was already impressed by the Znap wheels on the Rasputin, but using Bionicle parts for a turbocycle is very innovative, too.
