I was never Trying to offend or upset anyone with my choices, I knew full
well that this topic would do just that to some people so at first I was
going to have a top 20. I then realized that would cause an even bigger
upset so I bumped it down to 10. So I am very sorry`if anyone is saddend or
po'ed at me for my simple opinion.

These have been my Favorites for a long tinme because they are simplistic
and are some very good designs. I picked the dragon because I have never
been succesful with building one and It is my absolute favorite . And if you
don't want to be one of my favorite builders (not that it matters) you don't
have to be. I was just trying to congradulate everyone at once, now I see
that it back fired...

Jeez, he posts an opinion, and gets attacked for it.  I find that really sad.
He wasn't trying to "narrow the talent" or any such thing, he was posting what
his favorite mecha creations were.  Never once did he say he didn't like any
mecha that weren't on the list, or that they sucked.  Disagree with his list?
Fine, describe why, but don't attack him for it; afterall, he can like what he
wants.

I agree with Jeff here. I think Jacob was just posting his OWN PERSONAL
favorites. He's allowed to have favorites, and he just wanted to share his
favorites with us. No need to flame the poor kid.

If someone is disappointed they didn't show up on Jacob's list, or in the
MHoF or something, then they need to get crackin' and work hard to get
better. Case in point: I've watched Geordan's work get progressively
better with every new mecha he builds. He took it upon himself to try hard
and make better stuff.

Heck, I don't even think that my Helldog is the best mecha I've made. But
you know what? It's Jacob's favorite out of my MOCs, so who am I to tell
him what his favorite is?

Let's all have some bran flakes for breakfast and relax a bit. :^)
