Bryce- Please don't take offense to my chopping up your post like this. I
think it important to discuss some issues and I think your post is the best
solid example of some of those issues.
In lugnet.build.mecha, Bryce McGlone writes:

Anybody who's anybody should be able to relate to this. It takes some
courage to admit to a mistake. I've done so several times here in Lugnet
and none of those occasions were easy.

I addressed this in my above post. I assumed others would understand me
simply by reading your entire post, I was wrong in that assumption and
apoligize for any confusion. I think that anybody who has been on Lugnet
for a time has the right suggest their opinion in any forum so long as it is
on-topic and civil. Many people read forums that they may not normally
actively participate in.

Here, I see no reason whatsoever why Tim should have Mech-building
experience as a prerequisite to share his opinion. Neither do I see why he
should be an active participant in discussions, or have any real seniority
in the forum... especially a relatively new forum at that.

| Hey I finally got back to this post: First off Jacob: my apologies. I sent a private email, but @home is dead. Here's the email for everyone to further pick apart: Hey Jacob, Hey Im sorry about my rude post on Lugnet. I never word things correctly. (...) (23 years ago, 12-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)
