Agreed. That would defray much of the negativity surrounding this thread.

I'd like to think so as well. Choosing a MOC based soley on color seems a bit
odd to me, but if it's the only bue mecha he's come across, I can see this as a
valid way to place it on the list.

Well, this isn't entirely true. There are many of us mecha builders who build
for the enjoyment of building or for the pleasure of furthering the bountries
the mecha group sets for itself. Many new builders aspire to be included on
lists like this, but many old timers are just happy to see their creations are
remembered from time to time.

:) Competition is good as long as everyone knows the criteria by which they are
being judged.

I can't disagree with this statement. My only addition to it would be to have
you set up a website that lists your favorites. That way, if it changes over
time, you can go back and revise it without the need to create new threads.
Remember, when you ask for builders' opinions, you are inviting controversy no
matter how much you don't intend to.

'nuff said.

| Thanks!! I requested some details so that people could see a little better why picked these MOCs. If you're going release your opinions to the public, it might be a good idea to include details such as these. In fact, if you do such a list again in (...)
