I tried a interpretation of the Imperial(*) Hover Tanks (from the second trailer) over the weekend using most of the current Star Wars parts and an RCK. Thanks Bram and Mike for the ideas, I tried these ideas and got reasonable results using the larger shock absorber piece that comes with the black supercar. But still a little lacking for launching a missle made out of two round 1x1 and one round (...) (26 years ago, 19-Apr-99, to lugnet.build)

How about this: 1) Get 2spring loaded shock absorbers 2) Make tubes around the shock absorbers with your projectiles inside the tubes 3) Attach a girder to the shocks with holes on the sides still available 4) Run an axle through the MF and the (...) (26 years ago, 16-Apr-99, to lugnet.build)

you would have a hard time of it... it uses white suspention arms that are only found in 8880 and no where else. the drive train is mostly generic except for the gear shift which is also unique to 8880. (26 years ago, 9-Apr-99, to lugnet.build)
